Return and Refund Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:

 

Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required. We hold the right to refuse a refund if the receipt or invoice is not provided.

 Please note that any new bicycle purchased cannot be refunded once it has been used, as this would affect its condition and resale value.


Reasons for Return:

  • We accept returns for items that are damaged or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us as soon as possible if this occurs.
  • Any in-store purchases that are purchased may be returned within 14 days.
  • We hold the right to refuse a refund for any items that are clothing, gloves, shoes, and helmets due to hygiene safety.

 

Faulty Product Notification:

  • If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately. Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation of the fault, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will typically be issued within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
